Yes, all booster boxes, elite trainer kits, and specialty sets are guaranteed 100% factory sealed and sourced directly from official distributors to ensure product integrity.
How do you ensure cards aren't damaged during shipping?
We take collector-grade packaging seriously. All individual cards are shipped in top-loaders, and sealed products are wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent crushing.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items typically ship on the official release date specified by the manufacturer. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
What is your return policy on TCG products?
Due to the volatile nature of the secondary market, we do not accept returns on sealed products once the factory shrink-wrap has been broken or tampered with.
