Returns & Exchanges

At Dark Fox TCG, we strive to ensure every trainer is satisfied with their haul; however, due to the volatile nature of the trading card market, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are still in their original shrink-wrap or factory seal. We cannot accept returns for individual cards (singles) or any packs that have been tampered with or opened.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a sturdy box with protective bubbling to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service. Once we inspect the seal integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.
